We collect the details you give us — name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order history — plus limited technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited, which helps us keep the site fast and secure. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser until you check out.

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery or pickup, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the marketplace. With your consent we may send occasional offers; you can unsubscribe from any marketing message.

Payments are processed by regulated mobile-money and card providers. Card numbers, CVV codes and mobile-money PINs are entered directly with the provider and are never stored on NUNUA systems. We retain only a masked reference needed for reconciliation and refunds.

We share the minimum necessary information with the supplier fulfilling your order and with the courier or pickup station handling delivery. We use vetted service providers for hosting, analytics and payments under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, protected by strong authentication and audited. We apply input validation, rate limiting and least-privilege access rules across our systems, and we review our security posture regularly.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support warranties, returns and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, or object to marketing. Email privacy@nunua.co.zw and we will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your session and cart working, plus aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block these in your browser, though some features may stop working.

NUNUA is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
