Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using NUNUA.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and NUNUA Marketplace ("NUNUA", "we", "us") and govern your access to our website, buying from listed suppliers and selling as a supplier. By creating an account, placing an order or listing a product you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
2. Who may use NUNUA
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Marketplace role
NUNUA is a marketplace. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent Zimbabwean suppliers. The contract of sale for a physical product is between you and the supplier. NUNUA facilitates discovery, ordering, payment collection, delivery coordination and dispute resolution, and vets suppliers before they can list.
4. Product listings and pricing
We work with suppliers to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, imagery, specifications and stock levels may change. Product photography is illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Prices are shown in United States dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a pricing or stock error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address falls outside a serviced zone, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
6. Payment
We accept EcoCash, OneMoney, Visa and Mastercard through regulated payment providers. Card and mobile-money credentials are entered on the provider's secure systems; NUNUA does not store full card numbers or mobile-money PINs. You warrant that any payment instrument you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
7. Delivery and pickup
Delivery timelines and fees are shown at checkout and detailed on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or on collection from a pickup station. Where nobody is available to receive a delivery, the courier may return the parcel to the nearest pickup station and a redelivery fee may apply.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Zimbabwean consumer protection law.
9. Supplier obligations
Suppliers must hold the right to sell each item, describe products accurately, honour published prices, dispatch within agreed timelines and comply with all applicable laws. Counterfeit, unsafe, stolen or prohibited goods are not permitted and result in immediate removal and possible reporting to authorities.
10. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the platform's security, scrape or bulk-copy content, attempt to access other users' data, submit malicious code, or use NUNUA to harass, defraud or mislead others. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
11. Intellectual property
The NUNUA name, logo, site design and original content are owned by NUNUA or its licensors. Supplier trademarks and product content remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUNUA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a supplier's breach beyond the value of the affected order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use NUNUA after a change means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@nunua.co.zw or through our Contact page.
