Delivery zones and fees
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Zimbabwe.

Pickup stations
Collecting from a NUNUA pickup station is always free. Stations are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, in Harare CBD, Avondale, Borrowdale, Bulawayo CBD, Mutare and Gweru. We hold parcels for 7 days and send you a collection code by SMS.
Order tracking
You receive an SMS and email when your order is confirmed, dispatched and out for delivery. Couriers call before arriving, so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Bulky and fragile items
Furniture, large appliances and fragile goods are delivered by a specialist courier and may take an extra day. Delivery fees for these items are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
Failed deliveries
If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier will attempt one redelivery or route the parcel to the nearest pickup station. Repeated failed attempts may attract a redelivery fee.
